FEB ZAGREB INTERNATIONAL INCOMING STAFF WEBSITE
There are two main types of mobility in CEEPUS: mobility inside CEEPUS networks (network mobility) and mobility outside CEEPUS networks (freemovers). More information about CEEPUS MOBILITY FOR TEACHERS you can find at Croatian Agency of Mobility and EU Programmes (AMPEU) website.
Here below you can find procedure for CEEPUS programme at FEB Zagreb:
It is possible to apply according with the CEEPUS proposal in your country and at your University.
Freemovers: Teachers should check the possibility of applying as a freemover in Croatia (contact NCO Croatia ceepus@mobilnost.hr).
(HOME UNIVERSITY APPLICATION) - Application depends on home university rules and CEEPUS programme – All incoming teachers should first contact the CEEPUS coordinator at their home institution to enquire about the number of available scholarships, available destinations and the selection procedure.
Second step is to contact your host teacher (if you have one) at FEB Zagreb with whom you should then arrange CEEPUS mobility. In case of not having a host teacher, the mobility Coordinator from International Office will contact you upon accepting your application.
The CEEPUS coordinator from NCO Croatia will inform you whether the submitted application was accepted or refused.
(HOST UNIVERSITY APPLICATION) After arranging mobility with the host teacher at FEB Zagreb (HOST UNIVERSITY), the incoming teacher needs to fill in the online CEEPUS forms and, if necessary, take care of any additional documents (e.g. invitation letter).
Local CEEPUS coordinator and National CEEPUS Office Croatia (NCO Croatia) approve the scholarship.
Scholarship will be paid out to the teacher's Croatian bank account upon arrival to FEB Zagreb.
1) The incoming teacher needs to accept the scholarship in the CEEPUS system.
2) One month prior to arrival, the incoming teacher will receive an e-mail from NCO Croatia with some general information regarding the stay in Croatia together with the necessary documentation.
3) Incoming teachers coming from non-visa-exempt countries must apply for a visa.
TO RECEIVE THE SCHOLARSHIP The incoming teacher needs to:
request a personal identification number (OIB) at the Central Tax Administration (Porezna uprava)
open a giro account in Croatia and provide FEB Zagreb International Office with the account information (It usually takes a few days after you give the account details to the host institution to get the scholarship funds, thus we recommend that you secure sufficient funds to cover your needs for at least first few days of your stay in Croatia.)
The incoming teacher needs to:
1) carry out the programme as agreed with the host teacher
2) fill in the Teacher Mobility Report (CEEPUS system).
3) give the OIB and giro account information to FEB Zagreb International Office
4) SCHOLARSHIP - FEB Zagreb will pay out the scholarship to the teacher’s account upon his/her arrival
The incoming teacher should collect the signed Mobility Report and Letter of Confirmation at the International Office.
Depends on the agreement with the host teacher.
